About me

I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in mindful movement, breathwork, and sound healing. With a foundation in both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, I create dynamic yet grounding experiences that nurture physical strength, emotional balance, and inner peace. Proper alignment is a key focus in my teaching, ensuring that students practice safely and effectively while deepening their mind-body awareness.

My Approach

Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice—it’s a deeply personal journey. The idea that yoga is only for people of a certain body type or fitness level is outdated. Today’s yoga community embraces this individuality, recognizing that each practitioner’s path is unique. Whether you’re a beginner, an advanced student, or someone seeking a gentle, restorative practice, I offer a welcoming space for all.

While I deeply respect the wisdom of traditional teachings, my experience led me to seek a more balanced, inclusive approach—one that honors both structure and flexibility, devotion and personal freedom.

For me, this means embracing a teaching style that is open and adaptable—one that prioritizes understanding over rigidity, reduces judgment, and fosters true inclusivity. It’s this nuanced, non-binary nature of yoga that captivated me from the very beginning.
